Return & Refund & Exchange
We have an easy return policy and accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for most of the items. If you are unhappy you can raise a request on our Whatsapp Number +919635805885. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please note, the amount will be refunded for the returned items only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to return the order?
If you are unhappy about the purchase so you can raise a request on the whatsapp number with the ORDER ID and our support team will assist you regarding the refund process.
NOTE: Kindly ensure that the products are being returned in their original packet with invoice and unused condition. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the rejection of the return during the pickup process, as per our policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-4 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not have the facility to exchange the products for change in size or color. We may have this facility in future and when we do, we will update you. If you want to change your product, you can apply for return and refund and place a new order for the bigger/smaller size or different color depending on the reason you want to exchange the item for.
